To me, stories are more than text on a page, scenes on a screen, or words spoken into the air; they are windows into different worlds, catalysts for change, and echoes of the human experience.

Through my work, I harness the magic of storytelling to ignite a spark of hope and optimism in the hearts of my audience.

As a creator, I wear many hats (I really do love a good hat!) - author, film and television producer, podcast host, public speaker - all in service of a singular mission: to share stories and ideas that inspire, uplift, and shift the mind toward what’s possible. I also love post-it notes and organizing more than anyone should #virgo.

My dream is to encourage everyone I come in contact with (whether IRL or online) to find out how they can best shine their unique light on the world. Seriously y’all we need it.

I do this through telling my own stories and experiences as well as others’ stories. Stories I find personally inspiring and empowering.
